In accordance with the **Disclosure Principle (Section 7 PDPA)**, your contact information is strictly shielded until a bid is formally accepted.

  • Data is only disclosed to the winning dealer authorized for vehicle inspection.
  • Third-party service providers (JPJ, Insurance) receive only data necessary for legal transfer.

Personal data and technical vehicle metadata are retained for a minimum of 7 years from the date of transaction completion to comply with Malaysian statutory requirements and financial audit standards.
