01Binding Nature of Bids
Every bid submitted through the EzJual platform represents a legally binding offer to purchase the vehicle at the specified price.
02Intercontinental Motors Role
Intercontinental Motors Sdn Bhd acts as the facilitator and advisory coordinator. We do not own the vehicles listed unless otherwise stated. Our role is to provide the platform, coordinate professional viewings, and advise Sellers on process expectations. We also facilitate the final settlement guidance through JPJ e-Symphony systems.
03Hub Coordination & Courtesy
Physical inspections and vehicle handovers are scheduled at the Intercontinental Motors Hub. We value the time of our Dealer partners and Sellers.
Rescheduling Policy
Out of courtesy and operational efficiency, any cancellation or rescheduling of a Hub appointment must be communicated at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled time.
04Institutional Guard (Dealer Vetting)
To maintain market integrity, all Dealer partners must undergo a Manual Vetting Process. Access to the trade terminal is contingent upon identity verification, SSM business registration audit, and manual administrative approval by Intercontinental Motors.
05Anti-Corruption & Ethics
EzJual and Intercontinental Motors maintain a Zero-Tolerance policy towards bribery and corruption as per Section 17A of the MACC Act. Any attempts to bypass the platform's facilitation fees via private collusion will result in immediate permanent expulsion and legal escalation.
Financial Obligations
A facilitation fee of 1% of the final sale price is payable by the successful Dealer to Intercontinental Motors Sdn Bhd upon final settlement. Invoices are issued immediately upon transaction finalization.
